Connecting Norway is a pilot project for for those of you who arrive on international flights and continue on by aircraft in Norway. The service, that starts on 1. September, means that you avoid retrieving your baggage in the Baggage reclaim area and checking in the baggage again. Instead, you can go directly from the aircraft to a new Customs area in the International Departures Hall where you go through Customs. All Customs processing is thus done at Oslo Airport. From there you go straight into the Domestic Departures Hall. It means that you avoid passing through a new security checkpoint, and you have a shorter way to walk. The goal is to give you, as a stop-over passenger at Oslo Airport, an even better experience. Read more.
